My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@sochicvintagloft.com with your order number.

Please purchase Shield shipping insurance for protection in the event that a package gets lost or stolen. You can do this when you check out your order

When will I get my order ?
Standard shipping time is anywhere between 2-10 days, with many orders shipping within the 2-5 day time frame. Varied shipping times are based off our multiple global warehouses. You will be sent a tracking number when your order ships.
How do I track my order ?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Once your recieve your tracking information you can track your order directly there our Portal  Track your order

SoChic Vintage loft is currently shipping to:

  • Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
  • Including P.O. Boxes. 
  • All US Military bases, APO/FPO
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

SoChic Vintage Loft does not currently ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.  

We work with on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide!

Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you have provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

The return address:  Once you start the process for a return, we will send a shipping label to return the order. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Return Policy FAQs

Our return policy is open for 7 days from the date of delivery of your purchase. 
Item must be in original condition with tags and packaging included at your expense. 
We will issue a credit or replace the item if it is due to a manufacturing defect.  Inventory goes quickly so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to have the exact print.   

We do not issue cash or credit card refunds, unless there are specific requirements are they refund is approved due to deffective merchandise.

 We do however issue a credit to be used towards a future purchase.  We ask that you be understanding as we are a small business that appreciates its customers.  Please ask any questions before you make a purchase.  Thank you! 



  • Warehouse items MUST be in their original packaging (including any packaging containing the item sku).
    *There will be a 20% restocking fee for warehouse items that are not returned in original condition with original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to decline any returns or exchanges on items that are damaged, have been visibly worn, or returned past the 7 day mark. 
  • You must inform us of ALL items that will be included in your shipment as we need to confirm that the order qualifies for return or exchange. 
  • Merchandise may be returned for an e-Gift Card Code that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout. You may then apply this to your next order!
  • Returns should be postmarked 7 business days from the delivery date.
  • All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
  • All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original sewn in tags still intact.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • An e-Gift Card Code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note, discount codes used when purchasing affect the amount paid for each item.
  • A $7.99 processing fee will be deducted from your store credit for all return bar returns. A $10.99 processing fee will be deducted from your store credit for all prepaid return label returns.
What do we exchange ?
We offer exchanges on:
wrong size
buyers remorse
deffective items

All clothing except: Swimsuits, Sales ITEMS. 

We do NOT offer any cash refunds on orders unless they are faulty. We only offer direct exchanges of the same item (if in stock) or a store credit of the amount that was paid for that item.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

**Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How do I start a Return ?

To initiate a return or exchange you will go and visit our self service return portal, and include the order number, item you would like to return, and reason for the return or exchange.

You will be sent a return label, and it is the customers responsibility to print and ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the label.

Damages and issues
We do NOT offer any cash refunds on orders unless they are faulty.
We only offer direct exchanges of the same item (if in stock) or a store credit of the amount that was paid for that item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the merchandise has been damaged, torn, broken. Please make sure you start a return as soon as you can from the day you received your products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We will accept all authorized returns with the following conditions: You received the wrong item. The item is damaged or defective. We will require a photo of the item before we can process the return.
We cannot accept returns on, candles, our body spa products, candles & wax melts, hygiene reasons.  jewelry, hair accessories, shoes, handbags, bralettes, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, scarves, sunglasses, and leggings.  

Sale/Clearance items are also Final Sale, no returns.
Shipping charges are non refundable.

All return items will be shipped by the buyer at their own expense. The buyer will need to keep track of the tracking to follow up if the refund hasn’t been sent. 




HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Items purchased between November 16-December 25th are eligible for return or exchange for store credit until January 31st. Any order placed after December 25th will fall into our regular return policy (An item may be exchanged or returned for store credit as long as it is within 7 days of receipt) 



 
How long do Refunds take ?
Refunds can take between 3-5 business days after the item is received, and will be delivered via email in the form of an E-Gift Card. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, they must be returned together. Any additional shipping costs will be the customers responsibility. 
Store Credits
We will offer store credit if you decide to return the merchandise: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a store credit to use in our store online. Please allow time for your order to be received by us and inspected.

When will I get a Refund if approved ?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you offer Refunds ?
We do not offer Refunds for Buyers Remorse. We can offer exchanges or in store credit, with a 5% restocking fee. 

We do offer refunds on damaged, torn or broken Items:
Any graphic design products, shirts, tumblers, hoodies & mugs

CODE USAGE: If you forget to use a special discount code on your order, the customer has 24 hours from the time the order was placed to email our Customer Support Team support@sochicvintageloft.com


**PLEASE MAKE NOTE that if an item is OUT OF STOCK in the item and/or size you request to exchange for, upon us receiving, we will process a refund to your payment method. 

All sale items are final. No returns/refunds will be allowed on those items. If you are unsure just shoot us a message at support@sochicvintageloft. 
Multiple Orders
We work with multiple different fullfillment companies. We have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

To provide the fastest service, some orders may arrive in separate packages. You will receive email updates for each shipment summarizing the tracking information for each item.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Please allow up to 15 business days for orders to be delivered. 

If you still haven't recieved any other order, it's been longer than the estimated time of delivery. Please make sure to reach out to us support@sochicvintageloft.com

We also recommend purchasing Shipping insurance at check. 
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.  You can start a return or exchange process 

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@sochicvintageloft.com within 7 days after you received the order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
How are your products made?
We work with multiple drop ship companies. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! Many of our warehouses are located here in the US, and we try to ship from within the US as much as possible.
Can I cancel my order ?
We process orders so quickly as we can, we can't promise that will be an option. 
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after tracking information has been assigned.
How long does it take to process my order ?
We process order within 24-48 hours, once the order is placed. We carefully review the orders, then send them over to our fullfilment team. Once they recieve the order, they process the order send it out quickly as they can.

SoChic vintage loft ships your order, once it is showed up as fullfilled and the tracking number will be attached to that order.
An automated email with the tracking number update will be triggered and sent to you.
